Ingredients
  • ¾ Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 ½ lbs. strawberries, quartered
  • 2 Tbsp. Pompeian Balsamic Vinegar Pomegranate Infused (or Pompeian Balsamic Vinegar if Pomegranate is unavailable)
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar (or to taste)
Preparation
Place strawberries in a large bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Add mint and Pompeian Balsamic Vinegar Pomegranate Infused and mix well. Let rest for 1 hour before serving.

Strawberries can be served alone, over vanilla ice cream or on top of Pompeian’s Absolutely Outstanding Pound Cake (see recipe on website).
