- ¾ Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
- 1 ½ lbs. strawberries, quartered
- 2 Tbsp. Pompeian Balsamic Vinegar Pomegranate Infused
(or Pompeian Balsamic Vinegar if Pomegranate is unavailable)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar (or to taste)
Place strawberries in a large bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Add mint and Pompeian Balsamic Vinegar Pomegranate Infused and mix well. Let rest for 1 hour before serving.
