INGREDIENTS

 
1 package prepared or Homemade Hummus*
Muhammara* (aka Roasted Red Pepper dip)
1 bottle Pompeian Gourmet Selection Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Optional olive oil toppings: Aleppo pepper, sea salt, black pepper, balsamic vinegar, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh herbs
Bread options: crackers, pita, baguette, sourdough bread
Vegetables: carrots, cucumber, bell peppers
Salty options: olives, pickles, cornichons

PREPARATION

  1. Prepare Hummus and Roasted Red Pepper Dip and place in bowls.
  2. Pour olive oil into a variety of bowls and add toppings of your choice.
  3. Serve with a variety of bread and crackers as well as vegetables and salty sides for an epic picnic.
