INGREDIENTS

1 box cake: strawberry or red velvet
3 eggs
1 cup milk of choice
½ cup Made Easy Pompeian Bake Olive Oil  
1 large ceramic heart cake pan
Extra Pompeian Bake olive oil to coat the pan

PREPARATION

  1. Following the instructions on the label, in a large bowl combine cake mix, eggs, milk, and Pompeian Made Easy Bake Olive Oil until smooth
  2. Coat the pan with the Pompeian Made Easy Bake Olive Oil
  3. Pour into prepared heart pan and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes (or a toothpick inserted comes out clean)
  4. Cool complete before decorating & enjoy immediately
