2 cups frozen blackberries

1 packet frozen acai, crushed

3/4 cup Greek yogurt, 2% or higher

2 Tablespoons honey

For the EVOO Granola Crumble:

1/2 cup coconut flakes

1/3 cup sliced almonds

1 Tablespoon flaxseed

2 Tablespoons Pompeian Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 Tablespoons coconut sugar

2 pinches flaky sea salt


  1. Heat a small skillet over medium heat, toss your coconut flakes, sliced almonds, flaxseed, coconut sugar, and sea salt with Pompeian Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  2. Toss continuously for 3 – 5 minutes, or until everything is toasted and browned. Take off heat and set aside, this will allow it to form nice granola-like clumps.
  3. Add your black berries, crushed acai, Greek yogurt and honey to a food processor with an s-blade. Pulse just until smooth. You don’t want to over blend! 
  4. Scoop your “frozen yogurt” into a bowl and top with granola clumps and seasonal fruit.
