1/3 cup honey
3 tablespoons Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 boneless spiral-sliced ham (6-7 pounds)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary


  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Combine the honey, Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Dijon mustard, vinegar, garlic and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Put the ham skin-side up in a roasting pan. Spoon the glaze over. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
  4. Remove the foil and baste the ham with the pan juices. Continue baking 15 minutes, basting once or twice.
  5. Transfer the ham to a large platter. Sprinkle the rosemary over the ham and serve.
