INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup pumpkin purée
1 Tablespoon Pompeian Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 c almond milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 Tablespoon maple syrup
2 Tablespoon mini white chocolate chips

PREPARATION

  1. Mix wet and dry ingredients heavily, until thick batter forms.
  2. Stir in white chocolate chips last.
  3. Microwave 90 seconds-2 minutes depending on microwave watts and size of mug.
  4. Allow to cool and enjoy!
