Amy Brownstein, MS, RD, is nutrition consultant and founder of Nutrition Digested, where she works with health startups and consumer brands on evidence-based nutrition strategy, FDA-compliant-labeling, and science-backed content. With a master’s degree in Biochemical and Molecular Nutrition from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University, Amy specializes in translating complex research into clear, actionable guidance for both consumers and industry leaders. She brings diverse experience across clinical care, digital health, and media, with work spanning women’s health, weight management, and sports nutrition. Amy’s writing and expertise have been featured in leading publications like EatingWell, Verywell Health, and Eat This, Not That. She has presented at the Food and Nutrition Conference and Exposition, the leading national nutrition conference, and she was recognized as Young Dietitian of the Year by the California Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
