INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon Pompeian Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons gochujang (adjust to desired spice level)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
16 chicken wings

PREPARATION

  1. To a large bowl, combine your olive oil, ginger, garlic, gochujang, and soy sauce. Mix to combine ingredients.
  2. Add your chicken wings and toss in the sauce to completely coat. Marinate the wings for at least 30 minutes (or 4-6 hours for optimal results).
  3. Remove the wings from the marinade and place them on a grill in a single layer. Grill for about 20-25 minutes, or until the wings reach and internal temperature of 165 F and a nice char on the outside.
  4. Remove the wings from the grill and enjoy.
