3 Tablespoon Pompeian Squeeze Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
cinnamon powder
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 250°F.
- Thinly slice apples horizontally into circles.
- Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with an even coat of cinnamon powder.
- Drizzle over with olive oil.
- Toss to coat the apple slices.
- Arrange the apple slices in a single layer on prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until the apples dry out.
- Store the apple chips in an airtight container!
