INGREDIENTS

¼ cup Pompeian Balsamic Vinegar

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

1 garlic clove, grated

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

½ teaspoon sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper

6 tablespoons Pompeian Robust EVOO

PREPARATION

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together Pompeian Balsamic Vinegar, honey, grated garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. Slowly drizzle in Pompeian Robust EVOO while whisking to emulsify the dressing.
  3. Alternatively, combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake until well combined.
