1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
1 garlic clove, grated
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
6 tablespoons Pompeian Robust EVOO
PREPARATION
- In a small bowl, whisk together Pompeian Balsamic Vinegar, honey, grated garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Slowly drizzle in Pompeian Robust EVOO while whisking to emulsify the dressing.
- Alternatively, combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake until well combined.
