INGREDIENTS
One package wonton wrappers or egg roll wraps cut in half
¼ cup Made Easy Pompeian Bake Olive Oil for completely coating your muffin tin+ more for brushing the top of the wontons.
3 cups Shredded chicken
⅓-½ cup buffalo sauce
½ cup greek yogurt
Add ons:
Chopped Romaine lettuce
Chopped red onion
Chopped tomato
Shredded cheese
PREPARATION
- Set Oven to 400F and Completely coat your muffin tin with Made Easy Pompeian Bake Olive Oil.
- Fold your wonton wrappers into the muffin tins, brush with more oil and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, buffalo sauce and yogurt until well combined.
- Fill your wonton cups with buffalo chicken filling. The filling will make 18-24 wontons (depending on how full you want them.)
- Bake filled wontons for 10-15 minutes (or until desired crispiness achieved)
- Top with add ons, enjoy immediately.
