1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts or thighs

1/3 cup Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 Tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce

3 Tablespoons lemon juice

2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 Tablespoons brown sugar

1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 Tablespoon Italian seasonings

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes


  1. Wisk all the ingredients together in a big bowl or a sealable bag.
  2. Pound your chicken to an even thinness and add to the marinade. Let marinade for 4-12 hours.
  3. Once complete, grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side.
