1 can pumpkin purée
3/4 cup Pompeian Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil


For the Pumpkin Spice Blend:


2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice


  1. Stovetop cook the purée, stirring frequently, until smooth and thickened down to almost a paste-like texture.
  2. Remote from heat.
  3. Whisk together spices and slowly mix in olive oil.
  4. Hand whisk in olive oil mixture to pumpkin purée until well incorporated.
  5. Serve, dip and enjoy!
