INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup honey
3 tablespoons Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 boneless spiral-sliced ham (6-7 pounds)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
- Combine the honey, Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Dijon mustard, vinegar, garlic and black pepper in a bowl.
- Put the ham skin-side up in a roasting pan. Spoon the glaze over. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and baste the ham with the pan juices. Continue baking 15 minutes, basting once or twice.
- Transfer the ham to a large platter. Sprinkle the rosemary over the ham and serve.
