INGREDIENTS

2 pieces Sourdough Bread, toasted

4 slices Tomato of choice

Salt, to taste

Hot Honey, drizzled

Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 tbsp mayo

1 tbsp chili oil

 

PREPARATION

  1. Toast your bread.
  2. Cut your tomatoes in slices.
  3. Combine mayo and chili oil together.
  4. Spread your chili mayo on toast, add sliced tomatoes, sprinkle with salt, drizzle hot honey and drizzle EVOO on top.
