2 pieces Sourdough Bread, toasted
4 slices Tomato of choice
Salt, to taste
Hot Honey, drizzled
Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp chili oil
PREPARATION
- Toast your bread.
- Cut your tomatoes in slices.
- Combine mayo and chili oil together.
- Spread your chili mayo on toast, add sliced tomatoes, sprinkle with salt, drizzle hot honey and drizzle EVOO on top.
