INGREDIENTS

½ large onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, cored, seeded and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Pompeian Sauté Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Heat a large skillet on medium high then add the Pompeian Made Easy Olive Oil and onions.
  2. Cook undisturbed for 30 seconds or until the onions have started to brown, stir, then add the peppers.
  3. Stir occasionally until the peppers have lightly browned and softened and the onions have lightly caramelized, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
