For the feta:

1 1/4 cups feta cheese

2 Tablespoons Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1-2 teaspoon honey

Pinch of sea salt and pepper, to taste


For the scallions:

1/4 cup Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil

6 garlic cloves, diced

1 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper


For serving:






  1. Combine all the feta ingredients in a food processor, until smooth. Pour the mixture into a bowl, smoothing out the top. Cover with wrap and place in the fridge until you’re close to wanting to serve the dip.
  2. When ready to make the dip, chop the green onions and garlic cloves finely. Add to a small bowl with the seasonings.
  3. Heat the Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a small sauce pan until it’s lightly boiling.
  4. Add in the onion, garlic, and seasonings and stir for a few seconds. Remove from the heat.
  5. Pour scallion mixture over the feta.
  6. Serve with chips, pita, or your favorite bread and enjoy!
