1 loaf French bread
Made Easy Pompeian Bake Olive Oil


Whipped Ricotta:

1 container Ricotta
¼ cup honey
Salt, pepper


Strawberry walnut balsamic salad:

1 cup chopped strawberries
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup walnut pieces
Salt, pepper
¼ cup balsamic
2 tablespoons Made Easy Pompeian Bake Olive Oil
1 tablespoon chopped basil


  1. Set your oven to low broil.
  2. Cut your french loaf into 1 inch pieces, place onto a baking sheet, top with Made Easy Pompeian Bake Olive Oil salt, pepper broil for 5-8 minutes we want it crispy!!
  3. Meanwhile in a food processor, add your ricotta, hone, salt and pepper. Mix until mixture is combined and creamy. Place in a serving bowl and set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl add chopped strawberries, brown sugar, walnuts, balsamic, oil, and chopped basil. Mix well.
  5. Serve on a charcuterie board, build your own crostini style.
