1 head of cauliflower, chopped into florets

2 Tablespoon Pompeian Organic Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

Pinch of garlic powder

Pinch of pink sea salt

Pinch of black pepper


  1. Steam the cauliflower until it’s very soft (about 15 minutes).
  2. Add the steamed cauliflower, Pompeian Organic Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil, turmeric, garlic powder, sea salt and pepper to a food processor.
  3. Pulse until the consistency reaches a puree. If it’s too thick you can add 1 tbsp of hot water.
  4. Pour into a bowl and serve immediately.
