½ teaspoon fresh or dried thyme (optional)
PREPARATION
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, grated garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and honey (if using).
- Drizzle in Pompeian Robust EVOO while whisking to create a silky emulsion.
- Adjust oil quantity to balance tanginess, if needed. Alternatively, shake all ingredients in a jar until combined.
