Meet Francisco C.
FRANCISCO HAS BEEN A PROUD OLIVE FARMER SINCE HE WAS 15 YEARS OLD.
Whether toiling away in the field or driving a truck filled to the brim with baskets full of fresh olives, he's clearly a man who loves his work. His fondest memories involve picking olives in a sprawling farm house when he was still a young boy. He says,

WHEN IT COMES TO THE OLIVE TREES, FRANCISCO DOESN'T PLAY FAVORITES.
"I like all the olive trees," he says with a laugh. On the other hand, he does have a favorite person on the farm. "Paco is so fun to work with," he says, "and talking to him always makes my day brighter."
After another day of work is done, Francisco and Paco might challenge one another to a friendly game of cards. Later, he'll head home to eat dinner; usually "a salad made with ingredients from my orchard and prepared with a lot of EVOO.” We certainly wouldn't mind a seat at that table.
