3 Tablespoon Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
cinnamon powder


  1. Preheat oven to 250°F.
  2. Thinly slice apples horizontally into circles.
  3. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with an even coat of cinnamon powder.
  4. Drizzle over with olive oil.
  5. Toss to coat the apple slices.
  6. Arrange the apple slices in a single layer on prepared baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until the apples dry out.
  8. Store the apple chips in an airtight container!
