One package wonton wrappers or egg roll wraps cut in half
¼ cup Made Easy Pompeian Bake Olive Oil for completely coating your muffin tin+ more for brushing the top of the wontons.
3 cups Shredded chicken
⅓-½ cup buffalo sauce
½ cup greek yogurt


Add ons:

Chopped Romaine lettuce
Chopped red onion
Chopped tomato
Shredded cheese


  1. Set Oven to 400F and Completely coat your muffin tin with Made Easy Pompeian Bake Olive Oil.
  2. Fold your wonton wrappers into the muffin tins, brush with more oil and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, buffalo sauce and yogurt until well combined.
  4. Fill your wonton cups with buffalo chicken filling. The filling will make 18-24 wontons (depending on how full you want them.)
  5. Bake filled wontons for 10-15 minutes (or until desired crispiness achieved)
  6. Top with add ons, enjoy immediately.
