2 cups flour

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup Pompeian Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips


  1. Whisk flour and baking soda in one bowl.
  2. Mix both sugars, salt, vanilla, and Pompeian Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil in another bowl. Then add eggs – whisk until completely smooth.
  3. Fold in flour mixture then add in chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop cookie dough (about 1 Tablespoon each) onto baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
  6. Let cool and enjoy!
