8 ounces fresh sugar snap peas

2 Tablespoons Pompeian Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Coarse kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper

To serve: Pompeian Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil, zest of 1 lemon, everything bagel seasoning, Aleppo pepper, lemon wedges


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Carefully, thread the sugar snap peas, onto metal or soaked wooden skewers and coat the skewers with Pompeian Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Then, place the peas on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side for a light char, flipping once.
  3. Transfer the grilled sugar snaps to a serving platter and drizzle with Pompeian Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil, then sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper.
  4. To finish, sprinkle on some lemon zest, everything bagel seasoning, Aleppo pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice for added flavor.
