INGREDIENTS
1 can pumpkin purée
3/4 cup Pompeian Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil
For the Pumpkin Spice Blend:
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
PREPARATION
- Stovetop cook the purée, stirring frequently, until smooth and thickened down to almost a paste-like texture.
- Remote from heat.
- Whisk together spices and slowly mix in olive oil.
- Hand whisk in olive oil mixture to pumpkin purée until well incorporated.
- Serve, dip and enjoy!
