½ cup Frozen or Fresh Mango Chunks

Juice of ½ Lemon

1 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup

1 Garlic Clove, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Pompeian Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil



  1. Combine mango, lemon juice, mustards, honey, and garlic in a food processor or use an immersion blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Slowly add in your EVOO with processor or blender going (so the dressing doesn’t split/break) until you reach a desired consistency (about ½ cup).
