INGREDIENTS
½ lb salmon
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
½ tablespoon roasted sesame seeds (optional)
1 ½ cups edamame
1-2 avocados
2 servings rice
Chili crisp for topping (optional)
2 tbsp Pompeian Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil
PREPARATION
- Begin by cutting the salmon into large bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and roasted sesame seeds. Add the salmon to the bowl and mix gently until each piece is thoroughly coated with the marinade.
- Lightly coat the basket of your air fryer with olive oil. Arrange the marinated salmon pieces in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry the salmon at 400°F (200°C) for 5-6 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
- While the salmon is cooking, prepare the sides. Serve the air-fried salmon with cooked edamame, sliced avocados, and rice. Season with salt and pepper to taste and plate the salmon alongside the edamame, avocado slices, and rice!
