INGREDIENTS

16 oz mushrooms of choice white or baby Bella’s
1 lb of crab meat
1/2 Parmesan Panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup cream cheese
As much garlic as your heart desires
1 1/2 teaspoons Old bay
1/4 cup Made Easy Pompeian Bake Olive Oil + more for coating the pan

PREPARATION

  1. Set oven to 400F and prepare a baking dish coated in Made Easy Pompeian Bake Olive oil. Set aside.
  2. Rise and remove stems from mushrooms. Set aside to while you make the filling.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients into a large mixing bowl, mix until well combined.
  4. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling mixture into each mushroom.
  5. Top with Parmesan cheese and more olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15-25 minutes or until desired crispiness.
