6 fingerling potatoes

6 skewer sticks

3 Tablespoons Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon paprika

preparation

  1. Slice potatoes at 45 degrees each side (not all the way through).
  2. Pierce skewers through potatoes and pull down to make the spirals show.
  3. Drizzle with Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
  4. Air fry at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
