2 cups flour
2 tbsp Pompeian smooth olive oil

3/4 cup water

2 1/4 tsp baking powder

Pinch of sea salt

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp sugar



Cheese, of choice
Veggies, of choice

1 cup pizza sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. In a large bowl combine the crust ingredients. Lightly flour a surface and knead the doughon it for 1 minute until it forms a smooth ball (careful to not over-knead).
  3. Place a damp towel over the dough ball and set aside for 15 minutes. Then, separate the
    ball into two separate balls, flatting them out into circles that are 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Add your sauce, toppings, and cheese, and bake the flatbreads for 15-20 minutes or until
    crispy to your liking.
  5. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
