4 cups Fresh Arugula
2 peaches, sliced
2 plums, sliced
3 (8-10 oz. balls) of fresh burrata cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
- Place the arugula on a plate.
- Top with peach and plum slices.
- Add one burrata ball to the plate and drizzle with Pompeian Organic Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
