ingredients

4 cups Fresh Arugula

2 peaches, sliced

2 plums, sliced

3 (8-10 oz. balls) of fresh burrata cheese

Pompeian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

Salt & pepper to taste

preparation

  1. Place the arugula on a plate.
  2. Top with peach and plum slices.
  3. Add one burrata ball to the plate and drizzle with Pompeian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve.
