INGREDIENTS
5 cups yogurt
5 Tablespoon dijon mustard
1 lemon, juices
3 cloves garlic (pealed)
2 Tablespoon Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3/4 cup grated parmesan
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
PREPARATION
- Cook the garlic cloves in the air fryer for 5 min on 400F.
- Combine cooked garlic with olive oil in a shallow dish- smash garlic cloves and mix into olive oil.
- In a bowl combine all remaining dressing ingredients until a thick dressing forms.
- Pour over salad and enjoy!
