1/2 cut mint
1/2 cup flat parsley
1/2 cilantro
1 teaspoon chives
1/4 cup tarragon
1 cup full fat Greek yogurt
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a blender, combine until smooth.
  2. If the blender stalls, wipe down the bowl, and add 1 teaspoon of water and try again.
