INGREDIENTS
½ large onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, cored, seeded and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Pompeian Sauté Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Heat a large skillet on medium high then add the Pompeian Made Easy Olive Oil and onions.
- Cook undisturbed for 30 seconds or until the onions have started to brown, stir, then add the peppers.
- Stir occasionally until the peppers have lightly browned and softened and the onions have lightly caramelized, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
