INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup Pompeian Squeeze Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
2 cups cheese crackers
2 cups round butter crackers
2 cups cereal squares
2 cups pretzels
2 cups popcorn
1 cup roasted, salted peanuts
PREPARATION
- Arrange oven racks evenly in the middle of the oven and preheat oven to 250°F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the oil, Worcestershire, paprika, garlic and thyme.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crackers, pretzels, cereal, pretzels, popcorn and peanuts. Pour the oil mixture over the dry ingredients and toss gently until all ingredients are fully coated.
- Spread mixture out evenly between the two prepared baking sheets and bake, stirring and rotating the pans between oven racks, every 15 minutes, until lightly toasted and golden-brown, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Transfer pans to wire racks to cool. Once completely cool, transfer to an air-tight container. Store on the counter and enjoy within 7 to 10 days.
