INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup Pompeian Squeeze Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
2 cups cheese crackers
2 cups round butter crackers
2 cups cereal squares
2 cups pretzels
2 cups popcorn
1 cup roasted, salted peanuts

PREPARATION

  1. Arrange oven racks evenly in the middle of the oven and preheat oven to 250°F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the oil, Worcestershire, paprika, garlic and thyme.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crackers, pretzels, cereal, pretzels, popcorn and peanuts. Pour the oil mixture over the dry ingredients and toss gently until all ingredients are fully coated.
  4. Spread mixture out evenly between the two prepared baking sheets and bake, stirring and rotating the pans between oven racks, every 15 minutes, until lightly toasted and golden-brown, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  5. Transfer pans to wire racks to cool. Once completely cool, transfer to an air-tight container. Store on the counter and enjoy within 7 to 10 days.
